This is an excellent dental clinic I highly recommend you to visit, especially for people who speak Mandarin (普通话) like us. We recently moved from Ottawa to greater Toronto area, and we were eager to find a nice nearby dental clinic to resume dental treatment/hygiene which was severely disrupted by pandemic in past four years. Occasionally we heard of this dental clinic which is not far from our new home, we planned to give a try. Pleasantly surprised this is the clinic we are looking for, from the doctors to the receptionist everybody is professional and caring. After a number of visits, we decided to transfer our dental documents from the previous dental clinic to here. If you are looking for hygienist/doctors who speak Mandarin, then Ms. June, Dr.Chiang and Dr.Wong are my recommendation, they are super nice.

For A Beautiful Smile And A Healthy Lifestyle

Not only does having straight teeth enhance your appearance, but it also helps prevent expensive dental and medical issues.

Having straight teeth is crucial for leading a healthy life, despite any initial skepticism. Even if your crooked teeth don’t currently cause any discomfort, it’s important to remember that proper tooth alignment is necessary for optimal functioning and longevity. By addressing misalignment, you can prevent potential dental issues and enjoy the benefits of a well-aligned smile.

Approximately 90% of individuals experience mild crowding or misalignment of their teeth, leading to potential consequences such as:

      • Chipped front teeth or tooth loss
      • Food getting stuck between teeth
      • Difficulty flossing and cleaning between teeth
      • Increased risk of cavities between teeth
      • Gum disease, which can increase your risk for several systemic health problems such as heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, and an increased risk of stroke

If you have any of the above conditions, schedule an appointment at our office for an evaluation of your oral health.

When Is A Good Time To Start?

Whether you’ve contemplated straightening your teeth for a while or received a recent recommendation from your dentist, delaying the process only prolongs dissatisfaction and heightens the risk of tooth damage and associated health issues. It’s crucial to note that teeth continue to shift over time, making timely action all the more important.

Over the course of a few years, your teeth will become even more misaligned compared to their current state.

The duration of your treatment increases as your teeth require more movement to achieve straightness. It is more convenient, quicker, and cost-effective to address teeth misalignment before it becomes severe.

Rest assured, affordable treatment options are available. The full cost of treatment does not have to be paid on the first day. Our office gladly provides information about the payment options commonly utilized by our patients.

      Your Treatment Plan

Our process commences with digital scans of your teeth, enabling us to create a customized treatment plan. Leveraging Invisalign’s advanced software, we can accurately visualize the progressive changes your teeth will undergo throughout the treatment duration. We can even provide you with previews of how your teeth will appear at different stages, including weeks, months, and upon completion. After finalizing your digital plan, state-of-the-art printing technology is employed by Invisalign to craft your custom aligners.

      The First Aligners

Upon receiving the aligners, temporary fasteners may be required. These fasteners are bonded to your teeth, allowing you to effortlessly attach and remove the aligners. Rest assured, these fasteners are discreet and mostly invisible, and they will be removed at the end of your treatment.

      Follow-Up Appointments

Throughout the treatment process, you will receive a new set of clear aligners to wear approximately every two weeks. Gradually, your teeth will shift as you progress through the series of aligners, ultimately reaching their final correct position. Regular visits to our office, typically scheduled every 1-2 months, will be arranged to monitor the progress and ensure that the treatment is proceeding as intended.

      Contact us today

      Cost Of Invisalign in Newmarket

For an average insurance plan, the out-of-pocket expenses for Invisalign treatment generally range between $3000 and $5000+. Following an oral examination, we can provide you with a precise quote to determine the coverage provided by your insurance plan and calculate your actual out-of-pocket costs. In cases where insurance is not applicable, the typical cost of Invisalign treatment falls within the range of $4000 to $6000+.

To determine the cost of your Invisalign treatment and address concerns about its expense, several factors are taken into account:

      1. The present state of your overall oral health
      2. The extent to which your teeth require adjustment
      3. The duration of your treatment

These aspects play a significant role in assessing the cost of orthodontic care, as they influence the complexity and duration of the treatment needed to achieve the desired results. By considering these factors, an accurate cost estimation can be provided for your Invisalign treatment.

Discovering if Invisalign is right for you and its cost can be determined through a consultation. Share your smile goals during the visit and undergo a thorough teeth examination. A personalized treatment plan will then be created based on your specific needs and desires. Regardless of age or ambitious goals, there are solutions available for everyone.

Our practice offers a wide range of solutions for various complexities, from express treatments to advanced functional and cosmetic cases. We strive to provide comprehensive treatment within our practice but will refer you to the best specialist if needed for specialized care.

Don’t let crooked teeth affect your confidence or oral health. We’re here to help you overcome any obstacles and achieve the smile you desire.

      Frequently Asked Questions

Invisalign is both more comfortable and more discrete than braces. The clear custom-fit trays are hardly noticeable and most people won’t even realize you’re wearing them. Plus, they can be removed for important presentations or dates! The clear trays are also smooth against the inside of your mouth and don’t pinch or scratch like the brackets from braces. If your trays rub on your gums, they can be easily adjusted. Invisalign trays exert a gentler pressure compared to braces and only shift a few teeth at a time. That makes Invisalign orthodontics far more comfortable than conventional methods.

Invisalign makes changes to your teeth very gradually. Minor changes can be made in a few short weeks with little discomfort, and more complex changes can occur over a longer span of time to ensure you stay as comfortable as possible. There may be some discomfort, but if your Invisalign hurts, let us know.

On average, it takes anywhere from 6 to 12 months for your teeth to move into the correct position with Invisalign. Most people start noticing some movement, however, within the first 6 weeks after getting their first set of aligner trays. The more changes you would like to see, the longer it will take no matter what orthodontic option you choose.

Twice a day, remove your tray and clean it and your teeth before putting it back in. If you take your aligner out at any time, always rinse it before you put it back in, and try not to let it sit in open air when you aren’t wearing it. You may soak your aligners in denture cleaner or Invisalign cleaning crystals and carefully rinse them before putting them back in your mouth. Do not eat or drink with your trays in, and do not use toothpaste to clean your trays. We will provide you with detailed home care instructions when you receive your first trays.

Don’t eat with your aligners in your mouth. If you expose your aligners to the strong chewing forces that your teeth are trained to exert, you can damage or even crack your aligners, plus it’s just messy and not easy to eat with Invisalign in your mouth.

Yes, even when you sleep. They should be worn all day and night, except when eating and drinking. Your clear aligners won’t work if they’re not constantly shifting your teeth over time, which means you’ve gotta wear them!
