While it is not possible for us to know every detail, limit or exclusion involved in all the plans we deal with, we endeavor to assist you in navigating your insurance coverage. We can submit your information to your insurance company for you. We only charge you for the portion that is not covered by Insurance.

Q) How do you decide your fee?

A) Our office follows the current Ontario Dental Fee Guide. We pride ourself in providing high standard dentistry and customer service with reasonable price and personal touch for patients in Newmarket, Aurora and surrounding areas.

Q) What payment options are available?

A) In most cases, we require payment in full for your patient portion at the time of your treatment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit & Insurance Direct Billing. However, a payment plan can be arranged if discussed in advance with our Treatment Coordinator.

Q) What costs will my insurance company cover?

Insurance coverage change from time to time so it’s important to make sure you know what your plan covers. As a result, we can only provide you with an estimate. If we have submitted a pre-determination prior to your treatment, the estimate can be fairly close.

Q) What is a “Pre-determination” or “Pre-authorization”

A) A Pre-determination gives you a close estimate of your treatment if you have insurance. Upon request, we’ll submit paperwork with your insurance provider prior to any work being done. Once your insurance pre-approve the treatment plan, you’ll know a close estimate of what (if any) out-of-pocket costs you need to pay.

Q) If I have a quite a few work to be done, what’s the best way to budget for my treatment?

A) We can put a detailed treatment plan with the associated costs clearly outlined so that you can budget for each appointment accordingly. We also prioritize the work you need so that you can deal with the most pressing treatments first.
